Project Overview
After launching Porch's B2C mobile offering for it's customers it upgraded it's suite from the web to being specific for mobile platforms both Android & iOS for it's business clients that service it's customers. So we created a solution for both! Featured below is a survey of the pages for the iOS App as well as the User Flow Loop for adding a project to a a business clients profile online which also includes adding in costs and cost projections.
My Contributions
When releasing Porch's B2B App suite I was a the sole and main Product Designer for the app suite. This release was on a condensed timeline for all of it's offerings in a 13 week schedule with an additional 13 weeks for initial iterative work. It's product suite ranged from being a CRM that handled communication between Porch's Clients and Porch's Customers in several formats including Text based communication, and Voicemail communication. In addition to shipping a CRM in 13 weeks we also shipped a Leads and Bookable jobs vertical similar to how Uber, Lyft, Fiverr and Thumbtack for Porch's Clients to see Bookable Jobs in their area. Bookable Jobs also included "Smart Leads" in order to help the professionals know more about the semantics of a job or gig prior to beginning communication and assessment. We also shipped a scheduler for current jobs a Professional was handling through Porch, a Projects Vertical within the app for managing current and prior projects and updating the semantics of their profile.
