Apptentive

The below is a survey of several systems and products I designed while at Apptentive for over 3 years. It was a highly productive time period for both the company and I. I'm shocked and surprised at how much growth occurred for both parties. It also surprised me that I was able to grow to being able to hold down both the role of Product Designer and Product Manager which I held down for a year of growth for the company. After the first six month of being at Apptentive I became the sole Product Designer and Product Manager. Which allowed me to grow to be the Product Manager I needed to be for myself as a designer which was very eye opening after doing that for a year and then growing the team to 4 additional team members.

I redesigned Apptentive's Dashboard, Created all of the foundation for their graphing system, defined how multi-national / relational time would work within their system, launched many verticals, shipped updates to their SDK which grew to being in the top5 most used mobile SDKs in the world, worked directly with Apptentive's clients through customer interviews, research & prototyping future products to help aid in the companies direction and revenue and created custom demo & conference apps. There's much much more I can show you than what's below this is a survey of some of the items. More than happy to show you prototypes and in depth user flows as well walk through some of the most technical design challenges I've ever had to tackle as a designer.
